David Truncone
Lead Pastor
Pastor David Truncone is a pastor, writer, and outreach minded of helping others. As pastor of First AG VB, he has been a part of successfully rebuilding non profits in the community and has been an advocate of restoring many families & marriages.
Heidi Truncone
Financial Administrator & Children's Director
As well as serving alongside her husband David Truncone, Heidi is our financial administrator for the church and Bulldogs Care Food Program. She is also passionate about cultivating children to learn more about Jesus by creating a fun and safe environment for our children. Heidi is also the Carter County Public Administrator.
James Gore
Associate Pastor & Men's Director
In 2016, Pastor James Gore joined the team as associate pastor. He is a pastor, creator, and is a large asset to our Bulldogs Care Food Program. As well as pastoring, he leads our men's ministry known as Real Brothers Assemble.
Sheila Gore
Women's Director
While serving with her husband James, Sheila is the director of our women's ministry, Daughters of the King. She actively serves in interior decorating, event planning, and orchestrating church meals. As well as her church responsibilities, Sheila is a Butler County Court Clerk.
Isaac Gore
Youth Pastor
Isaac is passionate about students encountering Jesus more than they ever have before. By creating active and intentional relationships with students, he has been able to build opportunities to show how Jesus can be so good in our lives. As well as his church responsibilities, Isaac works for the Missouri Department of Transportation.
Hannah Gore
Executive Pastor & Bulldogs Care Food Program Site Coorinator
Hannah actively serves in production, social media, advertising, worship, preaching, and orchestrating outreaches and events. In 2022, Hannah took the position as the Site Coordinator of the Bulldogs Care Food Program. In addition to her responsibilities, she also serves alongside with Isaac in youth ministry.
